Located in downtown Tempe Arizona. These two high 32 floor rise towers sat vacant for over 5 years. Once A new developer bought the project Arizona Composite Metals was contracted to finish a large portion on the uninstalled glass systems including Arcadia OPG 1900 curtain wall, PRL glass handrail system on the balconies,repair of all the nanawall doors, installation of a new Urban Wall bifold door system. The glass that was used is a PPG Green glass with a low-e coated solarban 70 laminate. Laminate glass was used to reduce the noise from the airplanes departing and arriving at Sky Harbor Airport.
